It is still early. The dew has just lifted, the birds are singing, and the warmth of the sun's rays is becoming increasingly palpable. A wonderful start to the day! However, your focus soon shifts elsewhere: the edges of the lawn where you are need to be mowed today. Your colleague handles the field with the lawnmower, while you mow the edges with the brushcutter. In short: helmet on, brushcutter on, and go! Easier said than done. The workday has begun. Time to hit the ground running again today! Tomorrow will probably involve burning away weeds. That's fun too! As a Landscaper, you won't lack for fresh air. After all, you work outdoors every day. Together with your colleagues, you head out to maintain (large) green spaces. Usually, this involves municipal greenery, but sometimes you are also working for companies and private individuals. Your duties include, among other things: 

• Hoeing and raking out planting beds;
• Mechanically removing weeds;
• Pruning hedges and bushes with a motorized hedge trimmer.

Depending on your own wishes and commitment, there is the possibility to advance to another position in the long term.

This company is working in the Rotterdam area and is having around 100 employees. 

Ervaring

• 3-5 years of experience as a general gardener;
• Driving license B (preferably);
• You are physically strong;
• You are willing to obtain your VCA certificate in case you don't have it;
• You like to work in a team.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

• A salary between € 2.450,- and € 2.800,- gross per month, based on 40 hours a week;
• A job offer including accommodation and health insurance;
• Holiday allowance of 8.33% of your yearly salary;
• 25 vacation days per year;
• The possibility to obtain different certificates;
• A good clothing package and all needed equipment for the job;
• Possibility for permanent employment at the company.
